If you are a person in California who, from February 1, 2017, to October 29, 2021, enrolled in and paid for at least one renewal term of a YouTube TV Subscription, purchased via YouTube billing for personal, family, or household purposes, excluding those who enrolled in YouTube TV through iOS-based mobile applications from Apple’s App Store, YouTube TV Subscriptions that were cancelled during a free trial, and YouTube TV subscriptions that were fully refunded by YouTube, LLC, and Google LLC, you may be a Settlement Class Member and eligible for payment. Excluded from the Settlement Class are: (1) Any employees of YouTube and Google and (2) the judge presiding over this case (as well as Court staff).
If you are a Settlement Class Member and wish to receive Settlement payment then you must submit a Claim Form by August 30, 2026
Class Members who are entitled to relief may submit a claim to receive a cash payment. The exact amount of each Class Member’s pro rata share is not yet known, but is likely to be approximately $92.26.
To start your online claim form, you must login with your LoginID and PIN. You can find your ID and PIN on the Notice that was sent to you. If you are unable to locate your ID and PIN, please contact the Settlement Administrator by emailing info@YouTubeTVSettlement.com. Please request your ID and PIN by providing your full name and mailing address.

The deadline to submit a Claim Form online is August 30, 2026. If you are mailing your Claim Form, it must be mailed with a postmark date no later than August 30, 2026.
